This 2 story 2 bedroom 2.5 bath property is in a newly developed neighborhood. The neighborhood is not complete so the area is very quiet with the exception of the occasional yard work and construction. The bungalow is well kept with three smart tvs (living room & bedrooms), small backyard, with back and front patio areas that can be used for seating, linens and enough cookware to make a few meals during a short stay. One thing to note is you may want to bring a few small wash cloths as there are enough large dry off towels for a group of 4-5 individuals, but no small towels. The area is about 10 minutes from grocery stores (HEB, Target, Buc Ees,) and dining and about 20 minutes from the San Marcos Outlet. Overall great communication from hosts, excellent amenities, great space.
