This 2nd floor 1 story 1,307 sq ft renovated T-Bar-M condo is perfect for smaller groups who love family friendly activities. The complex has private tennis courts for guest use, beautiful pools, and a private entrance.

Guests will get a wonderful night's rest on our comfortable mattresses and luxurious linens after tubing the Comal or Guadalupe Rivers or splashing around at the Schlitterbahn Water Park. The large, completely renovated open concept kitchen/living area are perfect for relaxing.

The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you need to prepare meals. All linens and pool towels provided. Some toiletries available for use. Separate desk space for working and private patio to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine and sunset. Games, sporting equipment and some kids toys available.

Master Bedroom (BR2): Queen ensuite (sleeps 2)

Second Bedroom (BR1): Bunk beds with trundle and oversized chair that pulls out into a twin bed (sleeps 4)

Living Room: Couch (sleeps 1)

Pack 'n' Play with infant attachment available.

Clean and nicely furnished

It was excellent. The home was clean and spacious. Host was very responsive. I Enjoyed the neighborhood. Very convenient for my reason for travel! Would stay again.
