Disliked: Cleanliness
Upon arriving at the destination, the grass was so overgrown. You could tell it hadn't been cut in weeks! We walked in and the inside was nice. However, after looking around, we found the flooring was coming up throughout the house. The master bathroom's toilet lid was broken. The outside umbrella was basically ripped to shreds. The grill was disgusting. The advertising focused on location, location, location with fast food restaurants within walking distance. For example, Arby's was listed as walking distance within 3 minutes. Arby's was across the highway. I guess we could have ran across the highway dodging cars to get there in 3 minutes. Texas Tubes was listed as a 4 minute ride but it was 8 minutes. There were 2 air mattresses that had holes in them. I contacted the host, Patricia. She had the yard guys come out the next morning and sent a new air mattress. I sent her a text twice asking out check out procedures, but she stopped communicating with me Saturday afternoon. She did respond Sunday after 1p.m. We left at 9a.m. I would like a phone call to discuss this further.
