Had a crew stay at this hotel and items were stolen from their rooms, shoes and other items. Spoke to hotel and they said they can't do anything about it. We will not stay here again.

I would not recommend this hotel. It is right by the highway so you can hear traffic all night. The sheets were stained and so were the walls and doors. Gross. Customer service is lacking.

The prices were not accurate, and the property was noisy all night due to the other tenants.all evening and night the other tenants persistence to do illegal drugs at my door and stairwell, my ex wife and son came to visit and she and I seriously errupted into a huge argument over the smell of drugs in the air and due to that my child was not allowed to stay and visit with me. My friends then later came by and one of them told me that he witnessed a large drug deal happen in the Park lot. My ex wife also got into an altercation with another tenant became that tenant was drunk and hit her vehicle with their car door. And the breakfast was really disappointing. Not a satisfying time.

Owls were very dingy and dirty looking the coffee pot wouldn’t work got another coffee pot and it stopped working I will definitely not book with this Hotel chain again

At 9pm my key card stopped working. I got it rekeyed and that didn’t work either. The woman at the front desk called her boss and while I waited in the lobby she opened my door leaving it wide open for anyone to have access to my belongings. She also mentioned that the “emergency work order” would be by sometime tomorrow long after I check out. I cannot go to my car or the store without being locked out
