The staff is always so nice. Rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Located right by everything we needed.

The room had a musty smell as soon as one entered the space and only worsened with time; it appears the smell came from a dirty rug. The fitted sheet was installed on the bed wrongly, which we had to fix, and it also was stained. The toilet is entirely too small and hard for a bigger person to use. We were out of body wash and only were given one extra roll of toilet paper. The receptionist had a cold demeanor and questioned my reasons after seeing I had a nontraditional ID, completely unwarranted for a hotel of this caliber.
