Stayed in room 332. Ac unit was coming off the wall and there was normal wear and tear throughout the room. Mold in corners and chipped paint and furniture - nothing terriblly crazy but the hot tub was broken (no signage) and our shower didn't have hot water. Also, there was a long hair in the shower. Oh and a couple channels on the TV didn't have sound (others did) and some were only in Spanish despite clearly being English shows. We stayed at the Courtyard a few months back just down the road and it was much better and that is where we will stay next time we are in New Braunfels.

Property is good but getting in or out the hotel is very difficult, specially during the day; our main issue is that we got lockout of our room twice, we have to back to front desk to get our keys reactivated, that’s why the 3 star rating, sorry

Our room was in the 3rd floor and as soon as we got to out floor it reaked of marijuana. The bathroom needed to have been cleaner. The lobby and front desk had a great appearance and the workers were very friendly.

I really appreciated the dog friendliness of the hotel and staff. Ive not stayed in a hotel with my dog before, so i was a little nervous. But the staff welcomed her and pet her and made sure to let me know they had treats for her. Nice variety of nearby restaurants.
