The front desk staff has been very personable and helpful. Especially Jennifer. I think she may be the front desk supervisor. We are visiting our son, and she in particular has been so helpful with recommendations; restaurants, directions, and her local knowledge is so useful. Really helps to have this kind of help. Please give Jennifer an ATTA GIRL, or better yet a great raise$$$. Well done at this La Quinta, Seguin Texas.

Due to renovation there was limited room access. Other than that we did not experience any mishaps as stated in other reviews. They still had the breakfast in the morning. The staff was very helpful with explaining what was going on with the renovation.

Awful service

We were traveling TO the hotel but were unable to get there because of a massive storm with large hail and tornadoes. Neither hotels.com nor La Quinta offered a refund.

Breakfast Service

Breakfast service left much to be desired. Fell far short of previous experiences. 1. No coffee or tea service at all. 2. Hot selection was extremely poor: scrambled eggs were gone and would not be replenished. Patty sausage was cold and sitting in grease. Potato selection was cold and hard. This was 1 hour into the breakfast service window 6am to 9am. 3. Attendant was indifferent to requests to replenish the selections.
