The condominium was very nice. The elephants up stairs walking around was not nice. There is no sound barrier between the floors.

Great location to Gruene Hall

Wow! Hidden gem for sure! This condo was perfect for our weekend in Gruene/NB. Condo was immaculate and well stocked. Plenty of towels, blankets, and a well stocked kitchen. Honestly this place was so clean and didn’t smell. Haha I’m big on smells (musty, cleaning, air freshener—don’t like). And so clean!! Walking distance to river float places if you’re coming for that. And Gruene Hall is up the hill and around the bend 10 minute walk. Pool area was nice too! They don’t ask you to clean AND pay a cleaning fee which is nice. Take out the trash. That’s it. We would definitely book here again! Seriously I’m very picky!! It was also a very quiet around us. Maybe it wasn’t super busy but we didn’t have any neighbors bothering us. You won’t regret staying here!! Communication was good too!
