The premier site for the perfect Gruene/ New Braunfels getaway located in Historic Gruene, Texas, the newest Resort Community boasting beautiful new condo's, private parking, half mile to all Gruene offerings... Old Mill Resort is the perfect place to stay whether a romantic getaway, family outing or just the peaceful setting to relax and reconnect with friends. Take a dip in the pool or relax in the shade under the pavilion. Our luxurious 1700 square foot fully furnished condo is conveniently located 1/3 mile from Historic Gruene and Rockin R Tube Rentals. Less than 2 miles to the Comal River Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and 3 miles to downtown New Braunfels. Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay.



This fabulous fully furnished beautifully decorated 3-bedroom condo is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) with all the amenities a doting traveler would expect! The spacious living room has a large flat screen Smart TV that is equipped with cable as well as a brand new queen sofa sleeper. The brand new dining table has 4 chairs and a bench. There are 2 master suites with king size beds. The 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft with queen bed. All 3 bedrooms have cable, Smart TV and private en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower combo. Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen with both standard drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer for convenience. 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided). Comfortable seating in the living room with a queen sofa sleeper cable, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The pool is open from 9 AM - 9 PM.

You’ll want to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing, swimming or simply relaxing



Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. 2 vehicles allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor are of this complex is monitored by video camera. This rental includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.

We made a weekend trip to New Braunfels and only stayed two nights, but it was just what we needed. Communication from Host was excellent and the rental was clean, convenient for visiting Gruene and the river, and spacious. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to New Braunfels.

Family Wedding

The condo was perfect for our recent gathering in Gruene for a family wedding. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable. So close to everything in Gruene/New Braunfels. We would definitely consider returning so we can enjoy more of the river, shopping, and great restaurants.

This was the perfect place to stay for our daughter’s wedding! It was minutes from the venue and within 10 minutes of HEB for last minute items. We moved our stay!The ONLY criticism I would give is that there is a lot of construction going on to the property so you will hear it all day. It didn’t affect us much and they adhered to the quiet hours. I would absolutely still return!

This was the perfect place for family and friends. Close to the wedding venue, situated halfway between Austin and San Antonio; within a couple miles of grocery store, New Braunfels, historical Gruene, etc…Having the king suites for the adults and loft queen suite for the kids was great!
