T-Bar- M 121 is a large spacious condo offering 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and sleeps and allows 12 guests maximum.
Master: King -downstairs- ensuite bath
2nd Bedroom: Queen -downstairs- ensuite bath
3rd Bedroom: 2 Bunk Beds with Full Bottom/Twin Top -upstairs- shared bath
4th Bedroom: Queen -upstairs- shared bath
This gorgeous condo has a full kitchen, access to tennis courts, swimming, and grills by pool area.
Nestled in the Texas Hill Country T-Bar-M Ranch is conveniently located about 15 minutes from New Braunfels' charming downtown district, dancing and dining in historic Gruene, splashing at world-famous Schlitterbahn Waterpark and tubing down the crystal blue waters of the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers. Good Property, communication issues
The actual property was great, only complaint was that the mattresses were incredibly firm and not too comfortable. We had issues receiving check in information and the property manager was not good at responding at all. Ended up leaving it as best we could but never got any information on how to leave the property at check out and property manager stopped responding to messages.
