This is a cozy Bed & Breakfast. Was Greeted and all provisions and information was provided at that time. Communicated with us often as to our needs and super friendly. Breakfast was DELICIOUS!! The pool area was a great plus at this B&B. Canyon Lake is a favorite lake in the area!

What a B&B should be!

This was just what we were looking for.... A true B&B, great accommodations, the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was restaurant worthy. Justin is a great host and makes you feel right at home.

The bed and breakfast was very nice; can't say enough about the view. I cant say enough about our host - thought everything for our accommodations, very knowledgeable avout the areas and his suggestions were well worth heeding, the breakfasts served were excellent. What a nice, clean, lovely b&b! The room was spacious and well appointed with thoughtful amenities including snacks, black-out curtains, and bath crystals for the spa tub! Such a peacful, beautiful view over the lake, with picturesque sunsets! Waking to the smell of a delicious breakfast each morning was dreamy, and the food did not disappoint! Everything was wonderfully tasty! Justin was a fabulous host, attentive and friendly; excellent communicator. This was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Thank you for making me feel so welcome. I can't wait to return!

Our cozy anniversary trip was Amazing! The host Justin was Fantastic! We purchased the Anniversary pkg, it was so worth it. The breakfast was picture perfect!! Beautiful B&B with several patios overlooking the lake, garden and pool. Rooms were a good size, nicely appointed, comfortable bed with crisp linens. Breakfasts were five star, all prepared by owner, Justin who made our experience stellar with his friendliness, interesting conversation and attention to every detail of our stay. Beautiful view. Great location if you want to be about the same distance from Austin to San Antonio with free parking and a 2 course breakfast is included. Justin is a great host and very helpful emails and text messages to give us all the information we needed on parking, access to the B&B and communication as needed throughout our stay
