The home was spacious and comfortable. Maybe it hadn’t been rented in awhile but there was no hot water. The property manager was responsive but was not able to fix the problem. My son-in-law had to turn on the propane in order for the water heater to work. Then the toilet got stuck. Again, property manager was not able to locate a plumber for two days. We had to fix that ourselves. And no compensation for this DIY experience!
