Nestled in the heart of the historic, downtown art district of New Haven, MO, Zia's Back Door Guest Suite is steps from everything there is to experience! Trains roaring down the tracks and barges moving along the Missouri River are just part of the ambiance! You can walk to Dos Bros Mexican Grill, the Walt Theatre is right next door, continue exploring down the street to Lang-a-Tang's Deli, Astral Glass, Elizabeth's Gifts and Pinckney Bend Distillery. If you choose to venture up the city steps across the tracks you will sweet neighborhoods to walk through. The levee walk will provide a beautiful stroll along the Missouri River and the Colter Memorial will provide some of our history!
You get to enjoy all of this and then walk back to your own private retreat with a full kitchen, lovely living space, art and workout space, a back porch, firepit and grill. Everything to make your stay complete!

Homey, cute, and comfy

We really enjoyed our stay! We loved how creative the layout and decorations were. The place has everything you’d need and expect to find. The bed is super comfy! The host was very responsive. The cafe next door has excellent sandwiches and coffee (but it’s closed on Sundays). Don’t expect much from the “river walk”. It’s really just a sidewalk not more than a block and a half long. New Haven is close to Hermann, so we went there and rented e-bikes and rode the Katy Trail. Super fun! If you’re looking for a place in this region, I would definitely recommend Zia.

This Vrbo was exceptional in every way. The property featured clear, concise instructions to locate and enter it, and for using the appliances and TV, making everything easy to navigate. Light switches were well-marked and intuitive, adding to the convenience. The space was roomy and well-furnished, providing a comfortable atmosphere. Additionally, it offered excellent value for the price, with thoughtful details that enhanced the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a hassle-free and pleasant stay.
