The room was freezing and after leaving the heat on 88 overnight it never warmed up. I figured this was just my room; however, when I went up to the front desk to check out another guest said the same thing and the worker said there was nothing they could do. In the morning I tried to warm up with a shower except the water was ice cold and never warmed up. I overheard another guest complain that the pool was also freezing. Not to mention the entire hotel reeked of smoke: the elevators, the halls, the lobby, breakfast, and even the bathrooms. I would not stay here again. Their were many restaurants and stores nearby within a mile which was the only nice aspect of the property. (Just an FYI you can’t walk to most of them because they are across a highway but it’s just a minute drive away)

The room was clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff running the breakfast area did an excellent job keeping everything clean and replenished.

The room seemed clean and heat plentiful. However the shower had no hot water so didn’t take a complete one, tv remote did not work except for volume button and room right next to elevator where you could hear it going up and down from inside room everytime. And not sure if smoke/carbon monoxide detector was working no green button lit.
