Only complaint was I couldn't use the television. It worked but the actual cable/entertainment services wouldn't come through, so it made for a quiet stay

The HVAC system extremely loud - kept me awake - the whole purpose for staying overnight was to get a good night’s sleep- it was very disruptive due to the extremely loud noise of the HVAC unit turning on & off to heat the room - at 3:30 in the morning I finally had to shut it off - then there were no extra blankets in the room as the room got cooler - very poor

The property is conveniently located very close to the highway exit. With that convenience, comes the noise of the highway! Not good foe a light sleeper! Also the room that wws booked for had a strong gaseous odor and for some reason a big wet spot in the carpet. The grounds were messy and the lobby was and elevators were not the cleanest!
