I booked 2 months in advance to make sure we got the room we wanted. Only for them to tell us when we got there that..oh we tried to call you telling you we don't have that room available and we had to give you another room. They called myself and my mother a day before confirming if we were going or not? Obviously..If we had booked the rooms in advance then obviously we were coming.
My mom's room smelt like old musty stale cigarettes that not even leaving the fan on all day in the room could get the smell out.
Walked into the bathroom to find bugs. Told the front desk about it and the only thing I got was a look of bewilderment asking if I wanted to check out because they had no rooms left.
The fist size hole in the wall was a lovely addition to the room as well as the gash in the bathroom door. People are opening and slamming doors when you are trying to sleep and there's barely enough parking for anyone because there people who live there . It's difficult to find a cat friendly hotel so this is why we resorted to this one.
Adding into this review this place is festooned with black mold in both my mom's room and our room and someone OD'd in the parking lot tonight
