Located three blocks from historic downtown New Iberia, this studio apartment features a deep fenced-in porch out the front door and a sun deck out the side door. A walk-in closet, full bath, and mini-kitchen give you everything you need to call home.

Enjoy the simplicity of this peaceful cottage with access to the common areas of the main house, filled with 120 years of history. In addition, the gardens feature a patio with a table for six, a barbecue grill, and a fire pit for cool evenings.
