The room was somewhat beaten down but had a comfortable mattress. We were in the 12th floor but the view was pretty much just the building across the alley. We purchased the breakfast for $9 each person expecting to get the self serve breakfast. Instead, we got $10 of credit for a made to order frozen food. The website need to be more specific with the breakfast that is purchased. Surprising patrons with this type of breakfast with a fee is not going to get a 5 star review.

Friendly staff, modern design, spacious room. But that’s where the pros end. Toilet seat was up and paper inside it when we arrived. Toilet stopped flushing after a few uses, but I was able to fix it. No USB plugs other than low powered ones on the back of the alarm clock. Toilet paper holder was wobbly, letting the roll fall off occasionally. Water splashed and leaked out of the shower even when the door was closed. Bed was super uncomfortable; right side had a rectangular indentation on the topper (? or just top of the mattress).

Hotel was in a great location, staff was friendly & helpful but the bed was the worst! The mattress was so old, it had a big dent where everyone must have lain for the last several years, that you can literally see when you pull back the blanket i have a photo but dont see where to attach it to this review.
