High Ceilings on the first floor make for comfortable space for congregating. Big flat screen TV, wi-fi, Folding Chairs, Bikes, Great kitchen with stemless wine glasses, dishes, glassware and silverware for entertaining, cookware, microwave, Ninja and French Press coffee/tea stations. Spacious dining room with seating for eight. 2nd floor offers 2 delightfully appointed bedrooms each with queen bed, A full bath with shower over tub includes soap, shampoo, conditioner and linens. Full size washer and dryer is upstairs making doing laundry easy and convenient. Out the back door, there is a small yard and bistro table and two chairs. There’s a Craft Cocktail Resto right next door! Just a block of the St. Claude Street Car on a quiet block providing for a feeling of sanctuary after a night of festivities.
