The front desk staff was great. That being said I have silver and thought possibly the parking (which is terrible if you are driving a full size vehicle) would be free ( it’s 25.00 self park on property) since the breakfast is included in the room fee. The commons areas and stairwells and public restrooms definitely could use a good scrubbing too. Overall the room was pleasant and beds were good. The property is across from a park if you want to do more walking. Also it is 3 blocks from bourbon street so not to bad of a walk.

We enjoyed our stay very much at the best Western. The location was perfect for walking around the French quarter. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The continental breakfast options were great. The room wasn’t the cleanest. The atmosphere and the courtyard definitely made up for it though. We would definitely come stay here again the next time we are down in New Orleans.

The room was very dirty. Boogers on the wall in the bathroom and hair in the shower. The walls had mold,dry rot and dirt on them. Had to kill some pretty big cockroaches. The staff was very rude and uninviting. However the breakfast wasn't bad and the local was good. However I wouldn't stay here again

This was the perfect location!! You're often encouraged to NOT stay in the french quarter due to noise, expense and things being runner down. Nit the case with this gem!! The hotel is just enough out of the fray to be clean, quiet and easy to access from a main street. Staff was above and beyond in hospitality. Facility was in good working order, pool & courtyard provided lovely ambience for outdoor dining it relaxing in between events. For what this hotel offers it was amazingly affordable when price shared between two travelers. i'll definitely be back!!!
