The property has been renovated and it is lovely. It has a courtyard pool and garden. All of the staff that we met were great. The breakfast dining area is large and super clean. The breakfast variety was amazing and there was so much of it! Very nice. Our room was neat and seemed new for an old hotel. The parking situation is great too, right on site for only $25 a night. The only thing that was confusing to us was the maid service. First night, the room was tidied, trash taken out , and beds made. Second night, someone had been in the room because the trash was out of the can but the full bag was left on the floor in the room? The beds were not made and we didn't get new towels even though we left ours on the floor like the sign said? Anyway, we had a nice stay and woud stay here again.

The staff , Lu,Darlene , and Maricela were all so friendly and accommodating. There were a few other staff that I didn’t get the name I’ve repo were very accommodating as well. Overall their customer service was great, the breakfast was also great for continental, and also the rooms were nice, clean with a comfortable bed.

The first room we were put in was not clean. We walked in with all the lights and TV on. The bed was messy with some crumbs in the sheets. The room they moved us to was bigger. While my son was taking a shower, it wasn’t draining and I couldn’t tell until it was too late; so the bathroom got covered in water. The pool was closed. The breakfast was alright.

It was pretty good. However, I booked a king bed room and when I got there it wasn’t available, only a double bed which sucked because this was an anniversary trip and the bed was smaller than our bed at home. There were also rodents spotted in the parking garage and in the courtyard of the hotel.
