We highly recommend this hotel for people like us Senior citizens with moderate budget…the breakfast was awesome and the room spacy with a very comfortable matrass. The AC works very well in this extremely hot days ( 30 Celsius/ 90 Fahrenheit)

Best Western Plus stay in the Big Easy

We booked a single king-sized bed room and was switched to a room with two (2) double-sized beds upon check-in. This room, while clean, had a dresser with drawers that would not stay closed due to the slope of the room. The safe would not accept a 'LOCK' code, so we could secure our valuables upon leaving the room. The climate control display was on a wall adjacent to the head of one of the beds, so that occupant had a constant, bright night light in his face all night. Other than that, the room was fine.

We had a room that was close to the service elevator and people use that all night, you hear its mechanicals running all night long, not good for getting some sleep. All of the rest of the rooms are fine, I'm sure. Good breakfast every day, motel is on the north side of the French Quarters and so very convenient.

Great little place

Friendly staff. Great breakfasts. Beautiful court yard, we got amazing family pictures for our family get together. Staff went above, and beyond to meet our needs.

Okay stay

The hotel was nice. Very good location to downtown, only a 5 minute ish walk to Bourbon. Our door kept getting stuck and we had to like put our shoulder into opening it. The shower floor was dirty. The parking was $25 a night.

Every staff member we came into contact with was wonderful, knowledgeable and oh so friendly. Breakfast was well prepared and stocked every morning. I feel in love with Ms Charlene in the morning. Every area was clean and nicely decorated. So very glad there was parking at a reasonable price compared to most hotels in the area. I would stay again if I return to the area.
