The staff was very courteous and the hotel was in a great location. This is a historic building so the walls are very thin- you often hear doors slamming, loud conversations, and the garbage trucks come early which is very noisy as well. If you are a light sleep I would not recommend staying here.

This was our third stay at the Bourbon Orleans. It's a beautiful place, the staff is amazing, very accommodating. Housekeeping provides amazing service, the Bell staff never miss a beat! The concierge is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We highly recommend!

The hotel is located perfectly on Bourbon Street which made it easy to walk around in the French Quarter. The staff was very accommodating and helpful with restuarant suggestions. Bar with live jazz music was great.

The room was in good shape and the staff was courteous. The bathroom needed a little updating, especially the shower heads. Housekeeping was fair, we found used q-tips on the floor to our entry which were neither of ours. Leaving we walked 2 blocks to get the cab and the bell man who came with us only pushed luggage for another couple going with us, we gave him NO TIP. The cab that we got into, per the bell man, had the wrong address to take us to and was extremely upset about taking us to the cruise port terminal.

Perfect location, clean lobby, decent rooms & bathrooms, and awesome front desk staff. Bell attendants where semi-friendly but we experienced preferential treatment quite a few times. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel and would consider staying here again!

PRO: Nice staff, Excellent location, provided water everyday which is a plus Con: room needs some upgrading. Blinds were broken, couldnt open them fear it would break even more. No blacked out curtains. Pillows sucked
