This is a beautiful hotel within walking distance to all of the activity in the French Quarter, the French Market and less than a mile from Frenchman Street. I love that they provide coffee and water in the rooms and also in the hotel lobby. The staff are really nice and accommodating as well. I have stayed here twice and always feel welcome and at home.

Well appointed hotel walkable to most of the places we wanted to visit. Can be very loud due to proximity to Bourbon Street. The windows on second floor rooms are unique with shutter blinds, but do no block out any light so even at 2 am the room is lit from street lights. Beds and pillows are very comfy.

The Bar is not open until 1 pm and is only one on facility . Chlorine was added to pool one night and was all over rim of pool as we sat there ruined our shorts. Very Loud Festival going on for 2 days 24 hours across the street should let people know that when booking to give options for room choices at least Clean rooms great locat6ion and property ..20.00 a day for water with no option to say no

Great location to Bourbon Street. The hotel charge a fee for wifi and water. Otherwise the pool is nice and the bed is comfortable.

Perfect location in the heart of the French Quarter! The staff was beyond incredible when from the moment you pull up. James unloaded our car and took my mom on a tour of the amenities while I checked in. He was ALWAYS available with a story or recommendation.

One of the most convenient locations I have stayed at previously. Feels like it was a block from Pat Os, Laffittes, Jackson Square, Cafe du Monde. Would certainly stay again. One super minor comment was water pressure and the amount of time to reach warm water temp, but it may be expected due to age overall. Not a dealbreaker whatsoever!

Hotel is beautiful and clean. Our room was cleaned daily. Staff was helpful and professional. The only complaint we had was that we could've sit by the pool after 10pm and they said no smoking but people were vaping. Lastly, we couldn't eat chips & drink our sodas, was told we have to purchase from hotel butor

The hotel is beautiful- the lobby has lots of old world charm. The location is ideal - right behind Jackson square and central to many things. All the staff we encountered were helpful and accommodating especially with food suggestions! My only gripe is the size of the rooms- very tiny. However, the bed and bedding were delicious so that is what really mattered for the amount of time we spent in the room. Would definitely go back!

Disappointment in the room size. Had to remind them to clean the room. Wanted extra money for early check in. Overall a beautiful hotel and convenient to activities in French Quarter.
