The room was wonderful, very tidy and clean. The hotel showed some age if you looked closely but is a beautiful establishment and a great location - we stayed on the side just off Bourbon Street with a balcony. Close enough to hear Bourbon Street but far enough away to not disrupt sleep. I would absolutely stay here again, our only disappointment the entire time was the lack of room service to sit and eat a meal on the patio people watching. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly and the O Bar had great live music while we stayed there.

The staff was wonderful and the room was clean with a strong shower. However, when we got home we realized that a bracelet and 2 pair of earrings as well as a portable phone charger did not make it home with us. We checked the room thoroughly before leaving.

Great hotel! Classic French Quarter masterpiece near everything but not dead smack in the middle of the craziness. I want to throw a special shout out to our bartender who was amazing. Nice young guy who’s been on the staff for a while. Justin I believe. He went out of his way to make us feel at home. Super attentive and great to talk to. Hope to be there again soon.
