Good Hotel, sneaky parking charges

I suppose it would have been nice to check in earlier than 4pm, but there wasn’t a room ready. Lady on check out was a little blunt. We came back at 4pm and the room was ready. Room was small but comfortable with large TV. Pool is really nice and was able to get service out there. What I find ridiculous and, maybe this is because I’m from the UK, is that I was charged for parking and all these weird taxes. I don’t even have a driving license! I didn’t speak to the valet. This was charged to me they ran my card if I hadn’t asked for a receipt I would not have known. When I challenged it she said she would refund my card but would have to check with valet team before. No internet, asked the hotel front desk everyday about getting it fixed, never did. I also paid for two queen beds and only got two double beds. So I paid extra for smaller beds and paid the amenity fee and didn't even get the amenity of internet.

Centrally located if you want to be in the French Qtr. Parking is expensive so don’t get a car plus at peak times streets are blocked so cars are n It allowed during peak pedestrian traffic. I’d definitely stay there again
