Perfect location, clean lobby, decent rooms & bathrooms, and awesome front desk staff. Bell attendants where semi-friendly but we experienced preferential treatment quite a few times. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel and would consider staying here again!

The Bourbon hotel was fabulous…classic and historic yet totally updated. The pool was great as well. The location was fantastic. We were right in the middle of the French Quarter but it was nice and quiet inside. Can’t wait to return.

We really love the hotel! It’s beautiful, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The staff was friendly and professional very attentive walking around the hotel feels like walking in a museum. The location is one of the best perks of the hotel, from restaurants, shops and about a block from Jackson Square. We will definitely stay again in this hotel next time we visit New Orleans. We were able to do everything we wanted to do just because how well located is the hotel.

Whilst the hotel is clean and tidy and on the whole the staff were very polite, a few of the front desk staff could do with a refresher in customer relations and the manner they speak to guests. The location of the hotel is ideal to access the French quarter of New Orleans and it’s very easy to get too and from the airport by taxi/uber. There are lots of local eateries and places to relax and unwind nearby. All in all a good hotel

Room was but good at all. Door to room stuck open when you opened it. The bathroom exhaust fan was very squeaky. The shower was a joke! The curtain only closed halfway and the part open to bathroom was right under shower head. The staff was outstanding and very friendly.

From the valet to the front desk to the bartenders, staff was unfailingly gracious and helpful. Special appreciation to management (Kent) who walked two blocks to find me and get my car to the valet when streets were blocked for parades! Great location for Mardi Gras between Royal and Bourbon. Luxury bedding in the rooms. Beautiful historic decor.

Hotel was decent. Check in and checkout experience could have been better. Asked to pay additional fees while all fees were paid via Expedia. They waived it eventually after showing Expedia receipt

The plain tickets were not clear. I thought one fight was direct turns out it was a different airline then on our way there and it has an 5 hour layover and they made us pay $40 to check our carrier-on. I would never have a third party book my flight again. I also booked a car to pick up and drop off and they were given the wrong time and day. Had to do extra phone calls to get where I need to go at the right time. Hotel and excursions were fine. Same price as everyone else.
