Their policy states “Play 30 minutes at casino and parking is free.” Not true if there’s some sort of “glitch” Played over two hours over two days, parking KIOSK tells me I have played 0 hours Lots of hoops jumped through Kudos to Jerry G. for assisting me with all of this, as well as front desk staff all very good

Awesome room! Easy, fun trip!

Great Trip! Room was very nice and bed very, very comfy! Very quick walk to the Casino where we had lots of fun! Stayed up way too late lol. And we got the free parking through Caesar Rewards! And walking distance for a nice stroll through the French Quarter!

The rooms were clean but a bit dated. Some staples in the carpet were poking through. Also, ran into an issue with casino access for my 22 year old daughter, security claimed she was using a fake id (see looks young) after accessing the casino for the prior 4 days and threatened to take the id and call the police. It appears their ID identification software needs an update.

Check in was confusing. We went to Ceasar’s as that is where the booking was made, to be told we were in the other tower and then had to drive over to Harrah’s to actually check in. We stood at four different desks before we were actually checked in. Our room was not very clean. There was hair all over the bathroom floor the first time we went in to use it. There was dust and finger prints on the lamps and end tables. The linens on the bed smelt a bit musty. There were stains on the sofa and carpet. If we didn’t have such an early flight and were going only spending about 10 hours total in the room, I would have complained, but as it was we were leaving at 4am so it wasn’t worth the complaint. The valet and bellhop were friendly and informative, i appreciated their service.

Where we booked and where we stayed was different from the application we looked on. We wanted to be by the water instead we were by a parking garage. We heard everytime someone left and came through speeding. The staff was very courteous and nice. The 11the floor we were on was suppose to have a snack machine that was empty and had to go look for other machines.

What I didn’t like, was not so much the property, but in our room, there was stains on the headboards. The water was either extremely hot or extremely cold and we had to exert ourselves just to turn the faucet on. I found it to be very average for a place to charge me that kind of money.

This is a beautiful property with lovely rooms. I’m on the fence as to whether I would stay here again however. The service was not up to par for the quality of hotel. I literally could NEVER reach the front desk. They have a very convoluted system which has to go through the sister hotel (the Harrah). The result is that none ever picked up the phone; not even once. The staff even suggested complaining about it because they said it was inefficient. Their restaurant system is also very odd. One has to order from the restaurants in the casino and have it delivered or be picked up. I ordered from Bobby Flay’s for delivery. The staff has apparently unplugged the iPad which receives orders to plug in their personal phones and didn’t know I had ordered. 1.25 hours later no order. I had to go downstairs to find out that the order wasn’t even started. The cashier was actually going to charge me for a new order that I would have to wait for. Did I mention that I’m disabled so walking all of this distance was a chore? A lovely woman dressed in black who appeared to manage the whole area stepped in and comped the meal, asking the staff why they would be trying to charge me for their incompetence? She was great! But the experience overall with this left a sour taste in my mouth, no pun intended.

Electrical outlets did not work in bathroom and neither did the mirror lights. Stains on furniture. Coffee pot did not work. Thought I booked at Caesers, not Harrahs. Paid a lot of money for very average when I thought I was going to Caesars. Could have sated down the road for much lesser and probably the same conditions.
