My room had power issues, the entire left side of the room was without power. Maintenance came & got power going after 2 hours of waiting. Outlet was sparking. The heat/AC was not warming I assume due to whatever the power issue was. We wasn’t offered another room The power tripped again later that night. front desk never answered the phone. Our phones were almost dead upon checkout. Upon checkout, the front desk rep was very sympathetic & advised she will get with her manager.

When we got to the hotel, we checked in and there were 4 dirty towels in the restroom. I think they forgot to clean the bathroom. I told the front desk and they did nothing. For the most part, our stay was good, but it’s not worth the money it costs to stay there.

My room did not have soap or shampoo. I had to run down a room service attendant to get those. My room did not have any bottled water whatsoever. Apparently the hotel itself had run out of water. They messed up my departure by claiming that I had not paid for Valet. Which was $65 a night extra charge since apparently my truck was higher than usual. I had to sit there and argue with the valet attendant and had to show her the charge on my credit card in order to take my vehicle. All in all. For being Such a high rated hotel. I was disappointed and will likely never stay there again.
