Just in for one night and unfortunately came in the night before Super Bowl, which meant the prices were 10x what they probably usually are. The young last at the front desk was wonderful and very welcoming. We came in before check in time and had to pay a fee but it was worth it for us.

I give them kudos for trying to remodel the rooms however, it's that old adage you get what you pay for. The rooms don't look quite as nice as the picture show.I felt very unsafe did not sleep the night I was there. I was worried about my car getting stolen. And I see why they bolt down the TV the microwave and don't offer coffee, machines or hair dryers for fear of the neighborhood and it getting stolen. The staff on the other hand had awesome customer service. I would only recommend this as a last resort.

Although it was not a 5 star hotel by any means the staff was more than nice and helpfull. A little hospitality goes a long way with us!! We would stay there again

Nice large clean room. Lots of restaurants nearby. Very quick uber ride to the airport. The hotel is directly on the route from New Orleans airport to the downtown area. Good value priced hotel option. Would have been nice to get an earlier check in.
