Steep interior stairs, although beautiful, make this rental a bit tricky for young kids or anyone having difficulty on stairs. Kitchen, laundry and first bathroom located on first floor, with two bedrooms, second bathroom and living on second floor. There is a small bistro table in the kitchen (not shown) that will seat 3-4 people.

Great location. Very nice apartment with tons of charm. We loved the privacy, but access to everything on Magazine including being next door to Tito’s Peruvian Restaurant. Truly an enjoyable stay!

The host communicated well and we found the apartment well-stocked and convenient. The photos are accurate. The location was very convenient for public transportation and there are restaurants, bakeries and a great bookstore within easy walking distance. Nice place in good location. The only negative is that the kitchen is on the first floor and the bedrooms, living room and one of the bathrooms are on the second floor - 19 stairs up.
