The hotel is perfectly located for walking to everything in the French Quarter or to go catch a streetcar. We found every staff member extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel could definitely use a face lift in my opinion but did not take away from our stay.

Clean room old building so doors weren’t sealed perfectly but had no problem keeping the room hot or cold I’m just not picking. Staff was pleasant for the most part and wish we had stayed when it was warm enough to use the pool cause it was beautiful. Conveniently located within walking distance of most things. They did roll out trash at like 4 am and it was terribly loud and unfortunately woke us out of our sleep and made the next day a little tougher to get going. Aside from that no complaints and had a wonderful stay!

The staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was honestly kind of magical, from the outside it just looks like an ordinary building but inside it was lovely, the entry way and the adjoining bar were beautiful! Central to so many different places, very convenient!!

The place needs major updates everywhere. Hallway has a smell and no proper entrance to the so called “premium room” and the room had smell like there is no air circulation

Can’t get much closer for a good price. This hotel has charm. The bed was comfortable, the bed skirt was dirty, the bathroom and other linens clean. Bayona restaurant across the street is very good.
