Disappointed

Very disappointed with our stay. The pool was closed with no prior notice, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The shower was broken, and the room was not clean upon arrival. We also didn’t receive any service during our stay—no fresh towels or cleaning. To top it off, the customer service was rude and unhelpful when we raised these issues. Definitely would not recommend.

Nice and quiet, staff was very friendly. Every time I walked in I was greeted by the attendant and lobby clerks. I will definitely be coming back. Breakfast was great.

If you re driving to NOLA and stay at this hotel parking could be a challenge unless you dont mind paying $50/ night. Other than that everything is great especially the breakfast

The walls were too thin. I could hear the other guests' conversations as tho i was woth them. Housekeeping was poor. She didnt thoroughly clean my room. She left used washcloths in my bathroom and trash in my dresser

Don't book a room with them because steal money

I called the day before I was scheduled to come and asked for a refund because my surgery was cancelled and I didn't need to drive three hours and keep the Room I booked I was passed back and forth From Embassy suites Hilton To hotel. Com where I booked the room neither one help me cancel the room or give me a refund and I called the manger at Embassy suite and was told he was busy because he was dealing with a death that happen at the hotel And now they want me to rate my stay there knowing I cancelled my booking and never came there and they stoled my money and didn't refund it
