The staff was rude and unprofessional! The tv and lights were not working. The door wouldn't close. The front desk clerk was impatient and disregarded my needs. He sent a handy man to help, the handy man had been drinking. Stormed out of the room , while trying to fix the Tv. They both said this what I should expect in a cheap hotel! Needless to say, I felt unsafe and terrified .I asked the front desk clerk to return my deposit! He refused! This was a horrific experience!

Water was luke warm . Made a complaint and was told to wait 10 minutes for it to warm up , then 15. Water never got hot . All staff were extremely short and not friendly . The socket that the a/c was plugged into sparked and has a burning smell .

I’ve stayed several times & is a nice Hotel but for some reason it was all booked , but the handicap room I was offered did not smell like it been cleaned so I went to buy cleaner to stay

The breaker blew in the breakfast room when we was there and the person didnt do anything to fix it. We had to sit in there with no lights because they wont let u take the plates out. Then the fire alarms were pulled down so its not up to code this hotel shouldnt even be running . The lady at the desk was rude
