Room ok at best. Breakfast was not good at all and way overcrowded. It was like a feeding frenzy! Potatoes a weird gray color and restocking of food slow. The lady doing that was surly to another guy waiting for sausage…and I mean surly.

The room was clean and quiet. I was there for a week and they cleaned my room the first few days then stopped coming. Breakfast was a nightmare but there is a Starbucks down the road and that is always good.

The initial room's bathroom door required attention, it made a dreadful noise when opening/closing. Don't expect any crockery, glassware or cutlery to be provided, it's all paper cups and no cutlery in this room! I'd never experienced that before. The upgraded room was far better appointed.

We prepaid for a Studio suite with king bed for 2 nights for our Anniversary. They didn't have the room when we arrived and put us in a. regular room. The front desk manager agreed to both just charge us for one night instead of 2 and give us 30,000 honors points. Instead they charges us full price for the one night for the suite we didn't ever receive plus never gave us the promised additional points. Every time I Call the hotel they put me on hold and give me the run around. last time I was on hold for 90 mins before I hung up. They essentially told me what I waned to hear only to fail to deliver on what was promised, VERY disappointed in ther lack of customer service and deception.
