Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
They double charged me for the first night, so for my entire trip there was $300 “pending” from my account I couldn’t use. When I asked about it multiple times I got attitude and dismissal. We stayed for multiple nights, our room was never cleaned once. When I checked out I asked for clarification on the billing, instead of respectfully answering I was printed out a sheet and told to read it as if that answered the question. I asked for clarification on the double charging and I was told “do you not see the sheet, you’ll be fine.”
On top of all that, we were promised a shuttle to take us to the port. We showed up at the time designated.. they took four people onto a massive bus and said it was full because they were running behind and would pick up the 930 people at 1030 (not that it was told to us at all prior, and there was plenty of room on the bus). So we walked… avoid this place at all costs.
