When we checked in, the hotel placed a hold on our credit card for $180.00. Fortunately I had the available credit on the card, but have never had that amount for incidentals at a hotel. I asked for housekeeping to come in and change out my towels and empty trash and they never showed up. I had to call the front desk to have towels sent up so I could shower.

We enjoyed our stay and proximity to everything. We were told valet service will be available 24 hours but they closed it due to an event without providing an alternative which caused some what disruptions to our plans.

Bathroom sink water was hot but the tub water was luke warm Saturday night and Sunday night. Also the shower curtain has been cut at the bottom and it will not stay in the tub when you taking a shower.

The complimentary breakfast was excellent. My biggest concern was the location. There are quite a number of homeless people in the area. Also the front desk is awkwardly located in the lobby.

I was given the keys to an already occupied room. After arriving 3 hours later than my expected time due to delayed flights— I walked in on someone sleeping. I had to wait half the morning/day for towels from house keeping.
