This was my first time staying at this particular Holiday Inn in New Orleans, the West Bank Towers location is always my go to, but the Harvey location did not disappoint! We were a little confused about the cleaning of the room request but our stay was awesome. I assume it was because of Mardi Gras but it was fine. Our room was cleaned on the last day of our 5 day stay. Thank you to everyone who made our visit pleasant and comfortable and a special thanks to Ms Debbie in the breakfast lounge. She was very friendly, hospitable, and a pleasure to talk to. See y'all next year Mardi Gras 2027. You're my new favorite Holiday Inn!!!
