Amazing, welcoming, and will be returning.

Loved everything from our check in to our valet Mckenzy. So close to everything with a beautiful view that I just couldn’t believe. They have turtles in the swimming area, beautiful & chic luxury vibes all the way. We were so close, that we were able to return home all day multiple times with no trouble. We didn’t even have to use any taxi service! 15 min walk from Jackson Square, beautiful scenic views. I just couldn’t get enough! 5 stars all the way.

I was in town for a wedding and looking for a nice hotel to stay at in the French Quarter. Don't be fooled by this being a Holiday Inn property. It is much nicer, in my opinion. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and pleasant. A specific front desk employee named Serena was fabulous. She was incredibly nice and always had a smile on her face in my comings and goings through the lobby. The rooms are great, much more than what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn. I would recommend staying here if you're looking for an affordable hotel that beats expectations and is an all-around great place to place your head at night when visiting New Orleans.

I’m reaching out regarding my recent stay at Hotel Chateau LeMoyne in New Orleans (Expedia confirmation #40276138, 6/13–6/15). This trip was meant to celebrate a special occasion — my husband completing his associate’s degree — but the hotel experience left us frustrated and uncomfortable. We purchased a package that included breakfast vouchers for either a buffet or an entrée and drink. However, we were charged $60 out of pocket after being told our selected items weren’t covered after the food was served — something that was not disclosed beforehand. The food and drink were poor in quality and barely touched. My lemonade tasted as though it contained alcohol (though I was told it didn’t), and my husband’s soda was flat. No one offered a fix, replacement, or even an apology, and we were never told what items were actually included in the voucher. In short, we paid twice for a meal we didn’t eat — once through our booking and once at the table. On top of that, the room was freezing throughout our stay. When I asked about the heat, I was told the heater in our room didn’t work, with no other solution offered. I had no choice but to remain cold and uncomfortable for the duration of the stay. Given the circumstances — the lack of transparency around included amenities, the poor restaurant service, and the inability to adjust the room temperature — I’m requesting a refund for the breakfast credit I paid for as part of my reservation. Great location and wonderful service! I got my room early and on a higher floor with a nice view of the French Quarter. There were absolutely no noise issues whatsoever and the pool is a great addition to this historic place!
