Wonderful seats poolside to sit and dip your feet. Room was well stocked with coffee and other amenities. Staff was excellent and professional, welcoming and kind. Valet service was top notch! Shout out to Sebastian who we met checking in - responded to all requests with quick dispatch. All hotel staff were so good; I've traveled all over the world and was really impressed with their professionalism from the front desk to the valet, housekeeping - everything! The French Quarter is awesome enough but Hotel Provincial made it all the sweeter. Also the lobby is so charming, you can feel the history. Hands down, the best place I ever had the pleasure of staying at for my short but beautiful three nights. Thank you so much for everything!

We checked in at 6pm, unpacked and left for dinner then arrived back around 9pm. We left for the airport at 8:30am. We didn’t get to enjoy the sites and guest services because of time. Hopefully then next visit.

Since I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and the sun was out every day 5.10. to 10.10.'25) the outdoor pool could have the bench pillows out without mostly asking for it. But that is a minor thing. The AC has been working fine - room 107 - right at the pool and last room on ground level. Room was very clean at my arrival. No mold to smell or find which is "not a given" I will come again.
