Water was yellow, bathtub was dirty, the AC in the room leaked on the carpet, the toilet would barely flush. Had to use valet because it is all that’s offered. When trying to retrieve the vehicle, there was only one person working valet. It took almost 45 just to get him to come to the stand. (Not his fault, hotels fault for not hiring more people) we had to literally follow him to our vehicles or it would have been another hour wait that was quoted. Completely unacceptable to the customers, but also to that poor valet attendant who was doing it alone. Do better. A cheer competition AND a huge volleyball tournament. This should have been a lot easier for the price you pay.

The breakfast was not good. The fruit was mushy as if it had been frozen. The only meat available was mushy sausage links. There was a big convention happening, and the higher quality foods may have been eaten before I came down to the lobby. The staff working the area were attentive and pleasant.

Everything was wonderful. Definitely would stay there again. Great location for cruising with garage next door with cruise parking cheaper than at the port and with a free shuttle service to and from the port.

Disappointed at how run down the hotel in general turned out. Complete crab boil meal and drinks and other food left in the fridge. Elevators were dirty. The breakfast was above average as far as variety and taste. Staff very friendly and helpful.
