Double booked our room, made us wait 2 hours before we were even told we could not have the room we paid $700 to book. The room we ended up in against our wishes had not one but two broken TVs. Ridiculous and terrible service.

Staff members were super helpful and pleasant, my room was nice. It’s right near everything fun ! So many great restaurants in walking distance. The bar had great drinks. My next time in New Orleans I will be booking again for sure.

Room was clean, shower was a bit confusing to turn on (maintenance man also had an issue turning it on but was finally able to figure it out). Plenty of space in the room. Lobby bar had great drinks, and the decor in the lobby was pretty cool

Beautiful hotel, very clean and spacious room with a great view of the mississippi. Good location too.Used the bar and had some great cocktails made by a very knowledgeable bar tender. She was brilliant!
