My stay here was great. Room was clean and housekeeping is there in the morning and late evening to clean your room if needed. I lived the walk in glass shower. I stayed on the 30th floor and has a goo view of city and lake. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about activities to do in the area and recommended great places to check out

We loved the property. The STAFF was EXCEPTIONAL. Check in was easy and our room was ready when we arrived. The one issue we did have was it WAS SO COLD IN THE HOTEL, THE AC WAS BLASTING ALL DAY AND NIGHT WE FROZE. you had to go outside to warm up. several guest complained about it. too. WE have to give a shout out to George, Tammy and Jerome. They made the trip fun and kept us in stitches all day and night. Tammy suggested two restaurants and they were great. The Coterie was fantastic. if back in the big easy we will stay there again.

Celebrating 45 years of Marriage in the Big Easy!!

…we would definitely book here again!! Friendly, happy employees, rolled out the red carpet for us!! It was conveniently located, and within walking distance of fun places to see, and eat!! We enjoyed drinks in the bar, their amazing pool on the 7th floor, and my husband enjoyed working out in the gym! We love New Orleans, this was our fifth time to visit this amazing city and state!!! We celebrated 45 years with a delicious meal at Commanders Palace!! We will most definitely stay here again!!
