It is just a 5 minute drive to Lake Pontchartrain, the Bayou and City Park where you can enjoy Cafe Du Monde, playgrounds, walking trails, NOMA, the children’s museum, paddle boats, bike rentals, storyland, putt putt, tennis courts and a golf course. Located a quick 10 minute drive to downtown and the French Quarter.
This property is a newly renovated house in a peaceful neighborhood. There is a king bed in the primary suite and queen beds in the other 2 bedrooms. There is a sofa bed in the living area. The house has off street parking to fit multiple vehicles. There are 40` Flat screen TV`s in all bedrooms. WiFi internet. Living room has a 60` TV. The movie theater room has a 110` projector screen & 7.1 THX surround sound.
The entire house and backyard is all yours.

It is in a perfect location for reaching anywhere in the city by car in no more than 15 minutes or public transportation.
