The room was gorgeous and the staff were all so helpful and warm! Richard helped us get our luggage to our room and was a delight to speak to. He provided a map and let us know some of the “must-sees” while in NOLA and it was a pleasure! We loved that we had less than a 10-minute walk to Bourbon St. so we got peace and quiet and convenience to explore the French quarter at any time of day without having to travel too far. The pool and rooftop area is gorgeous and an absolute must-see while staying. We will be back!

Good overall experience. Bar staff very helpful when I wanted a coffee late evening and coffee machine on bar not working. Went out of their way to get me one. Only negative room was not made up during our stay which is not the end of the world. Requested dressing gowns which were delivered immediately. Would definitely stay here agree as good walking distance to all areas. Wouls recommend to anyone bisting New Orleans
