The room spot on clean...the entire staff was very nice and helpful..if I come back to Louisiana for another Mardi gras, I'm definitely staying at Omni...It was very crazy during Mardi Gras but the staff stayed in a good mood and was there to help

It was good just thought our room would have been a little bigger but the staff was amazing. There was one staff that help us least night at the jazz show you all were hosting I think her name was Arlie she was awesome and kind and the girl at the door was great as well we meet a lady name and Shantel last night I just want to thank her for send up the wine to our room. Thank you all for everything in till next time .

All of the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The room was OK. I knew beforehand that booking through Expedia I would not get the better rooms. My room view was a concrete wall. The bathroom was extremely small and the bathtub plumbing was leaking pretty badly. The room was quiet from outside noise. One issue was the bath towels were under the sink just off the floor and right nest to the toilet. Probably not a sanitary location for towels. Other than that, the room was fine.

Everything was great ! I just had one major problem….someone installed the metal toilet roll holder where your legs are when you sit on the toilet! Certainly makes it hard to sit and do your business! Maybe an update will take care of that !

Most of the staff were great, with some exceptions. The room, however, was quite warm when we arrived; it was well over 80 degrees. This was true of the in-room refrigerator as well. When we complained at the front desk, the person we talked to was dismissive and condescending. Nonetheless, when we returned, the room was cold: Well below 60 degrees. The refrigerator, was still quite warm. After two days, someone was able to resolve the room issue; apparently the mixing valve was stuck, and the central thermostat was set to 50 degrees as well. This did not make for a good experience. A staff member did bring a replacement refrigerator as well, which was helpful. Overall, a disappointing experience at what is supposed to be a four diamond luxury hotel.

There was a piece of gum next to the head board then gave them an hour to clean the room. Nothing changed offered me minimal like it was not a big deal then gave me a free night check out charged me for everything so had to ask also the manager having heard where I’m from had to come on an almost
