Upon checking in we noticed horrible smell of urine coming from the couch.The staff at the counter was extremely nice and offered to exchange room, or the couch pillows which we accepted to do because we had already unpacked and it was past our bedtime at that point so we didn’t want to change rooms. But when we got new pillows, we noticed that it wasn’t the pillows that were urinated on. It was the couch itself. changing the pillows help to cover up the smell, but we basically didn’t use the couch after that.
