Came in town for The Boy Is Mine Tour Concert. Checked in was great. Both men that worked the front desk were very nice helpful.The older gentlemen that worked the valet was great. The room was spacious, loved having the kitchen area. We were on the 15th floor and the view was amazing. Very close to walk to Bourbon St..Will recommend to others!

The staff made checking in and out a breeze! Valet service was quick. The downstairs doors lock at night and there is a guard on duty to make sure entrance is for guests only. My room was very well maintained and clean! We had a view of St. Charles street, and I loved the full wall window! They have blackout curtains that cover the whole window. It was quiet as well. I would definitely stay here again!!

The lady at check in gentleman at check out were very nice. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I wish there were trashbags in the trash can in the living room area, the front desk staff were happy to provide what we needed. On the other hand the parking staff put a boot on our car stating the car was sticking out too far and tries to charge us extra storage. The car was well within the parking space.

Loved the property definitely would recommend and will be returning. The only complaint I have is about the valet service. there should be a faster way to request your vehicle. At night they make you wait in line with the check in guest to request your vehicle. Each time I waited 20 plus minutes for my car.
