staff was great, room was disappointing but clean, I expected more from a hotel in the heart of the city but I usually stay in nice hotels so this is mostly my issue, The price was right so I believe it was a good value. I just would not go back but unlikely I go back to New Orleans. I had no problems. Great location.

location was convenient, staff is courteous but this is absolutely a no frills room, not even bottle of water in room is offered for free and there was no housekeeping of the room the 3 days I was there. This may be more of an extended stay hotel but I was there for a brief meeting--folks on the extended stay side may have a different experience.
