The space
Spread across a generous second-floor layout, the home is built for large groups who want to be together without feeling on top of each other. Warm New Orleans-inspired décor runs throughout - think rich tones, character-filled touches, and spaces that feel lived-in and welcoming. High-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs for streaming, and a dedicated workspace mean the home works just as well for a working group trip as it does for a pure celebration. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep things comfortable year-round.

Sleeping arrangements
Eleven bedrooms sleep up to 16+ guests across 7 king beds, 7 sofa beds, 3 queen beds, and 1 double bed. Every room is finished with quality bed linens, room-darkening shades, and hangers for easy settling in. Whether you're here for Jazz Fest, Mardi Gras, Essence Fest, French Quarter Fest, NYE fireworks, a Saints game, Superdome events, or NOLA ChristmasFest, there's space for your whole crew to rest and recharge.

Kitchen & dining
The full kitchen is set up for real group cooking - refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper. The dining table brings everyone together for shared meals, and the coffee is ready to go for slower mornings before you head out into the city.

Outdoor & shared amenities
Outside, the backyard features outdoor furniture for quiet mornings or evening wind-downs. Shared pool and hot tub access gives your group a proper place to decompress after a long day on Frenchmen Street. Bathrooms
Seven bathrooms serve the full group, each stocked with hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water. Cleaning products, towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper are all provided.

Practical details
Self check-in is handled via smart lock keypad - no coordination needed on arrival. A pack 'n play/travel crib and high chair are available for families traveling with little ones, along with babysitter recommendations on request. Exterior security cameras are present on the property for monitoring. Paid parking is available off premises in a premium lot behind the building (p409), as well as paid parking on premises and free parking on premises options. Please note that stairs are required to access this second-floor space - there is no elevator. A digital guidebook with local food spots and neighborhood favorites is provided for your stay.
