Living space
Inside, the living area carries the warmth and character you'd expect from a New Orleans home - touches of local flavor woven into a clean, comfortable space. Settle into the sofa, stream something on the smart TV, or set up at the dedicated workspace when you need to catch up on anything before the next night out. Ceiling fans keep the air moving, and the air conditioning and heating mean you're comfortable no matter the season.

Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms sleep up to 5 guests: one fitted with a king bed, the other with a queen. Both are dressed in fresh bed linens, with hangers, room-darkening shades, and all the essentials to help you sleep well - even with Frenchmen Street doing its thing outside. Includes a sofa bed

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook from scratch or throw together a quick bite between sets. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and all the cooking basics - pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper. Coffee is provided, and the coffee maker is ready to go each morning. Pull up a chair at the dining table and start your day before heading out to explore.

Bathroom
The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and cleaning products - everything you need without having to pack it all yourself. A hair dryer and iron are also on hand.

Outdoor space
Step outside and you have access to the shared pool, hot tub, and garden seating - a proper place to decompress between evenings out. The backyard is an open space on the property, and outdoor furniture gives you somewhere to sit and take it all in. The balcony is there when you want to catch the sounds of the street without leaving the building.

Safety & security
The property has exterior security cameras at the backyard, front of the building, and atrium. Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are all in place. Self check-in via smart lock makes arriving easy, and the private entrance means you come and go independently.

You're on Frenchmen Street - not near it, not a short walk from it, but on it. The live music venues, restaurants, and late-night bars that make this street famous are right outside.
