Worse than a motel.

Staff was so unbelievably unwelcoming and more worried about their phones and their air pods than greeting us with any semblance of customer service. Joel and the vallet were the exception tho they were great. The fact there was no vending machine or anything for some quick refreshments was frustrating. And lastly the AC was awful. Shutting off on its own after a bit. Leaving me in a pool of sweat waking up 3 times in the middle of the night.

Perfect spot to have easy access to the French Quarter, great options for food and drink in very easy walking distance. Property is very safe and the front desk staff is incredible. My only thing is the AC in the rooms, you can set a temperature but the system doesn't blow hard so it takes hours to cool down and will cut off at a certain point. Not like just stop but completely turn off and you have to go turn it back on. So when you are sleeping you get hot, wake up and have to go turn on the unit again. Coming in from walking around the city in the summer heat and humidity would be nice to come in to an already cool room. My room was on the front side of the hotel and the lights, even with the blinds closed, were bright enough to light up the room at night. It was extremely clean, the pillows were great

Usually, I don't go to a lesser known hotel, but I needed somewhere close to stay that was close to a conference I had to attend for 5 days. The room was spacious and clean. I would stay again.

There was noise and you were not insulated from any hall noise. All night there was noise. Loud, drunk guests and it sounded like they were in the room. Breakfast was yoghurt with no spoons. You had to ask for tea. The prepackaged muffins tasted raw and soggy. But, the staff were wonderful.
