We loved this hotel until the last three nights of our stay, we stayed a week. Room service was awful, we asked for wine glasses three different times and they never came. Room cleaning didn’t clean the rooms very well at all and wouldn’t sweep or clean the floors. Also our last night we asked if we could check out online or if it had to be in person. They said in person only and we told them we had to leave at 3am to catch our flight back home, they said no problem they had someone 24/7 at the desk. Yet we came down and had a uber waiting, nobody was there and the security guard who was sleeping on the Sofa said he will call the guy. He called him and said he would be right down….. 26min later still not there and he said he was coming down. We had to leave without seeing anyone for check out otherwise we would have missed our flight. Another family who also was waiting had to do the same thing. Really it’s a nice hotel but not the cleanest or best services. The restaurant staff was amazing though and the food was good.
