Beautifully furnished home in Lake Vista. Please email me with any questions. This property is a double, also known as a multi-family property. I am offering the upstairs apartment for rent.

This is a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom with kitchen, dining room and large living room with picture windows overlooking the park. The house is completely renovated- new baths, kitchens, floors, appliances, plumbing fixtures, etc. and has central air/ heat along with ceiling fan. The apartment for rent is the upper level of a 2 family home. The home is 2 blocks from Lakefront and 5 blocks from City Park. This is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood and I am looking for a tenant who is quiet and respectful of the home and the neighbor's.

This is located in one of Nola's safest neighborhoods. The materials used are all top of the line- marble, granite, refinished hardwood, stainless steel, porcelain and glass tile accent, Benjamin Moore color palette.

You will have use of patio and yard area along with your own washer and dryer.
You will have 1 driveway parking spot.

About the Neighborhood:
Marconi at Robert E. Lee Blvd., called Lake Vista, is located on New Orleans' lakefront. It's a wonderful neighborhood with activities for all. Enjoy bicycling, jogging, strolling the many tree-shaded lanes and parks and bird watching to name just a few. Walk to school and churches. Take a short walk to Lake Pontchartrain to see the sail boats race or City Park to golf, tennis, picnic or visit the museum. Truly the best neighborhood in New Orleans! Neighborhood security patrols create a safe and beautiful park setting.

Perfect Respite from the Quarter

First time using VRBO after having used it'd competitor on previous trips - not disappointed. Our host, Debbie, was absolutely wonderful in her communication and suggestions. She went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay. The apartment itself is about a 15 minute ride from the French Quarter, nestled in a quiet tree lined area off City Park. Very short walk to the lake. We loved having somewhere peaceful to rest and recover between exploration. Next time we visit, we will definitely try to stay here again. Thanks!

Great neighborhood

Very nice residential area and not far from downtown or uptown. Safe neighborhood and very close to City Park. The house was nice and had a nice courtyard although we did not get to enjoy it because we were in the city for Mardi Gras. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting New Orleans. Our hostess was great with ideas of where to go and how to get there.

Absolutely Perfect

This was our best VRBO selection yet. The home had everything we needed. The space was great for 4 people. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. This home is located in one of New Orleans's most beautiful neighborhoods. Step out the side gate and you are in a serene park like setting. There is a great coffee shop/cafe within walking distance which we frequented each day. Even better was being within walking distance to Lake Ponchartrain.
