Great location. Short walk to French quarter. Reasonably priced. Comfortable bed. Downsides - noisy at night. Lots of the rooms have windows that face the interior. No daily room cleaning. Tired.

Rooms were great. Beds were nice and comfortable. It would’ve been nice to have water fountains to fill up water bottles. The gym is not constructed to be worked out at. That needs a lot of attention. Too small and everything in it like only three items were old and not up to date. Although the gym was just a small room with lots of mirrors… I loved the over night front desk man that was there. He was nice and had a free spirit. I’d stay there again, if there was a deal.

Staff walked in the room at 1am and said "Oh, my bad". I couldn't sleep the rest of the night. Very noisy, drunk people slamming doors all night long. Someone's underwear was behind the bathroom door when we checked in. Location was the only thing that was good for that place!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The floor in the room was a little dirty. The bed was comfortable enough to get some sleep. Only one elevator was working while I was there. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The Old French Quarter is about a 3 minute walk away.

I didn’t like how the only windows in the rooms were the ones facing the inside of the hotel. You can’t tell if it night or day. I know there are some rooms that have views of the outside. I wish there was an option for a room with a view

I was told that I would have a rollaway bed available upon arrival. Because of a flight delay, I arrived a few hours later. No bed in room and was told that housekeeping was gone for the night and I'll have it in the morning. It was there the next morning. During checkout, I received a receipt and saw that I was still charged for the missing night. The clerk said she would make a note and I would receive a refund. I have received it yet.

“Namaste” the Restaurant is conveniently located in the building , there interior is absolutely beautiful, great place to dine in.
Interior wall on the 5th floor visible stains.
Moldy and smelly
5th floor stains along the walls, the doors to the bedrooms are chipped and raggedy. Not worth the money spent

It was a 5 minute walk to Jackson Square and Bourbon Street. Excellent location. Parking at the hotel was chaotic, the spaces were so close you could barely get out of your car door. Our car got scratched several times and a couple dents in the doors

Individuals laying and sitting on concrete sidewalks with their dogs and belongings every block we walked. Some would come up o you and ask for money, water and food. Very dirty and the city of New Orleans should not allow pets to sit out in the hot sun just because the human does. Very sad to see this. The entrance to hotel and lobby were well kept. Original room we were put in was not cleaned well and needed repair. Requested different room and was much better. The security guard had to quiet the people next to us as they were loud and didn't respect others.
