I'm disappointed with my recent stay at your hotel. Despite paying $600 per night, I was shocked by the lack of clean towels during my stay. I initially requested clean towels, handed over all my used ones, and was left without any for several hours. It wasn't until I called the front desk the next morning that towels were provided. Given the hotel's size and my premium rate, I expected a higher level of service. The manager's response, while appreciated, didn't address my expectation for compensation for the inconvenience. I'd like to discuss possible compensation or a gesture of goodwill for the distress caused.
