3 Prospect Place is a charming period semi-detached cottage located just a few minutes' walk from the beaches, harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants of New Quay. Its location and views have charmed four generations of the owner's family. Children have learned to swim and sail here, trails walked and coves and beaches explored.

The house was fully refurbished and decorated in 2018. The conservatory offers sea views and an opportunity to spot dolphins and seals in the bay.

New Quay is a wonderful spot for a family holiday at the seaside in this beautiful part of Cardigan Bay and is an ideal place to stay for those wishing to explore on the
