3 Prospect Place is a charming period semi-detached cottage located just a few minutes’ walk from the beaches, harbour, shops, pubs and restaurants of New Quay. Its location and views have charmed four generations of the owner’s family. Children have learned to swim and sail here, trails walked and coves and beaches explored.
The house was fully refurbished and decorated in 2018. The conservatory offers sea views and an opportunity to spot dolphins and seals in the bay.
It's all about location, location, location! One of the closest properties you can get to the stunning beaches and all the amenities. Park the car right outside and you can walk to everywhere!
