This three-story, newly renovated home commands attention with its design. First floor is home to a bunk room, full bathroom, kitchenette, pool/air hockey table, entertainment system, porch, and laundry room. The antique staircase to the second floor opens to a beautifully furnished living room, kitchen, oversized balcony, and dining area. And finally, the third floor houses the 900 sq ft Master Suite with an office, master bathroom, and private balcony.

Guests have access to the entire townhome, private pier, and community pier, boat launch, and dock.

There are security cameras installed outside the property for security purposes but there are no cameras inside the home. It has also audio & visual capabilities.
Please be courteous of neighbors when it comes to parking and noise. Shared pier/gazebo is for all those within community and is to be treated with consideration.

My family recently stayed at this gorgeous 3 story condo! Everything was wonderful. Had a little issue when we arrived, however, the owners were there immediately to help. Master suite was amazing - I could have stayed much longer. We brought a pontoon boat and used the shared dock - so convenient. Overall, we would return anytime. It had all the comforts of a very nice home.
