Beach restoration is currently underway in our area. This necessary project is designed to improve our coastline, but it brings some temporary changes to our beach experience.
What to Expect:
You may see, hear, and feel vibrations from heavy machinery (bulldozers, pipes) on the beach, especially during business hours. We believe in transparency and want to ensure you have all the information to decide if this is the right time for your visit. While the work is intended to be completed behind our complex by April 15th, there still may be work being done south of us. As a result, last minute bookings are discounted during this time and reflected in the rate shown.
Everything you need for a great stay is here. Third floor one bedroom condo featuring 1 king bed and a sleeper sofa to sleep 4 total. 2 Smart TV's and DVD/VCR in living and bedroom. This unit over-looks the shuffleboard court with a lovely view of the ocean and pools from the balcony. The coin operated washer and dryer is in the laundry room right around the corner.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion. There is a coin operated washer and dryer on every floor.
