Unit photos coming soon! Unit 406 features an ocean view to the south and east. The living room faces due south, overlooking the pool with an unobstructed view of the landscape that goes on for miles. The condo has all of the comforts of home. In unit washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, flat panel TVs with HD cable TV and a fire stick for streaming. Sleeps 6: King bed in the master, 2 sets of bunk beds twins in the guest suite.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.
Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control. Due to unexpected circumstances, if your unit is not available, we reserve the right to assign you another unit.

Relaxed Spring Break Vacation
The unit was nicely decorated and had all that we needed. Plenty of towels and linens. Beautiful kitchen with plenty of pots/pans and place settings.
